[1] Note: Panel I “Governance Innovation and Technological Empowerment” is a special panel. Last year, the 9th Global China Dialogue focused on “Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence,” covering four panels: Ethical Frameworks and Accountability in Artificial Intelligence; Artificial Intelligence in Society Building and Governance; Global Shifts in Perceptions and Attitudes in the AI Era; and Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Health, Media, and Communication. Next year, the 11th Global China Dialogue will focus on “Global AI and Data Governance.” This year, the 10th Global China Dialogue features a panel on “AI and Education,” designed to highlight the importance of intergenerational dialogue and the unique role of emerging scholars in shaping global education governance. This panel mainly consists of young scholars and students, representing the voices of the next generation. The emphasis on the “future” runs throughout the programme, and it is also a central theme of this year’s keynote speech and closing remarks.
