Abstract Submission Form

Before completing this form, please prepare a Word file with the title and abstract (200 words) of your presentation and a short bio (150 words) and insert a recent photo (.jpg format about 1MB).

When completing the form, make sure to answer ALL the questions, entering ‘N/A’ or ‘None’ for questions that are irrelevant, as this will save time when your form is being reviewed.

Double-check that your email address is correct, as a copy of your completed form will be sent to your email inbox.

When you submit your form, you should see an automatic acknowledgement on this screen.

Our Programme Committee will evaluate your submission as soon as possible. You will be informed within one month if your submission has been accepted. Please do not use the title and abstract for other purposes before you receive our response.
