Dr QIAN Zhenhua, originally from Hangzhou, was born in Shanghai and is the thirty-seventh generation descendant of King QIAN Liu of the Wuyue Kingdom (AD 907-978). Currently, he serves as the president of the Shanghai International Cooperation Association of SMEs. He is a principal drafter of China’s ‘Green Standards for Elderly Care Buildings’ and Shanghai’s ‘Green Standards for Industrial and Storage Buildings,’ among other policies and regulations. He also initiated and organized the first and second ‘International Ecological Construction Mayors Summit,’ co-hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2007 and 2008, respectively, and received the ‘Top Ten Outstanding Contribution Awards of the Chinese Times’ for the second summit.

Dr Qian holds several positions in various social and professional organizations both within and outside China. These include Honorary President of the China Association for International Cooperation and Development of Private Enterprises, Chairman of Shanghai Centenarian Mystery Cell Technology Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Shanghai Warm China Hospital Management Group Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Quan Ke Medical Imaging (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. In addition, he serves as a supervisor at the QIAN Xuesen College at Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Xi’an Jiaotong University. He is the Executive Vice President of the Shanghai QIAN Liu Culture Research Association. He has been a director of the China Literature and Art Foundation and an advisor to the People’s Government of Lin’an, Zhejiang Province. He also holds part-time positions in comprehensive medical care and health in Japan and medical technology and international relations in the United States.

QIAN Zhenhua is dedicated to promoting multidimensional international cooperation at different levels among governments, enterprises, and NGOs of relevant countries. He has been involved in several international cooperation projects, such as health and wellness in Asia led by a former Japanese Prime Minister, the Cambodia-China Health Organization headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, the Dubai-Shanghai Smart City Alliance directed by the Minister of Smart Cities of the UAE, the Sino-Japanese hydrogen energy research led by the Japanese Minister of Environment, ecological research for Asia-Pacific urban clusters in collaboration with the Chairman of the International Ecological Association, East Asian urban architectural planning research with the International Urban Planning Association, promoting zero-carbon industrial parks in ASEAN countries with UNIDO, and the establishment of a China-Iran Free Trade Pilot Zone with Iran’s Ministry of Commerce and Trade.

钱振华博士，祖籍杭州，出生于上海，是吴越国王钱镠的第三十七代后裔。目前，他担任上海中小企业国际合作协会会长。他是中国《绿色养老建筑评价标准》和上海《绿色厂房仓储建筑评价标准》等政策法规的主要起草人。他还发起并组织了第一届和第二届“国际生态建设市长高峰会议”，该会议由中国贸易促进会与上海市政府共同主办，分别在2007年和2008年举行，并获得了第二届“中国时代新闻人物十佳卓越贡献奖”。

钱振华担任多项国内外社会和专业职务，包括中国民营企业国际合作发展促进会名誉会长、上海百岁奥秘细胞技术集团有限公司董事长、上海煦暖华夏医院管理集团有限公司董事长和全科医学影像（广州）有限公司董事长等。还兼任南京理工大学和西安交通大学钱学森学院导师、上海钱镠文化研究会常务副会长。他曾是中国文学艺术基金会理事、中国浙江省临安市人民政府顾问。他还在日本综合医疗和卫生健康，及美国的医疗技术和国国际关系等机构兼职。

钱振华致力于推动相关国家政府、企业、NGO组织在不同层级的多维度国际合作。他参与了多个国际合作项目，例如日本前首相主持的日本亚洲卫生健康、柬埔寨副首相负责的柬埔寨-中国卫生组织、阿联酋智慧城市部长主持的迪拜-上海智慧城市联盟、日本环境大臣负责的日中氢能源研究、还与国际生态协会主席合作亚太城市群生态研究、与国际城市规划协会合作东亚城市特色建筑规划研究、与联合国工发组织等机构共同推动东盟国家零碳工业园建设、与伊朗贸工部合作建设中伊自贸试验区等项目。
