- 8:30-17:00 GCD VIII at the British Academy Participation in GCD VIII is FREE, including lunch and refreshments. However, due to limited seating and the need to coordinate food and drink orders, registration is essential.
- 19:00-22:30 Celebration dinner at the UK Parliament
- All the invited speakers, chairs, Global China Academy Fellows, trustees, Council members, professionals, administrators, volunteers, and GCA friends.
- 3 tickets each for organizers, supporters and sponsors. Please specify which you represent.
- 1 ticket each for volunteers who provide substantial assistance to organizing and running the GCD VIII (e.g. English-Chinese translation and interpretation, videography, photography, audio recording, follow-up transcription, paperwork, accompanying speakers, registration, etc.) Please specify what assistance you are providing.
Celebration Dinner only (Participants of GCD VIII who didn’t play any of the above-listed roles, along with individuals who support our mission and wish to attend the celebration dinner, are required to pay) : £100 Dinner
Notes:
- All the attendees listed for the complimentary dinner must participate in the full day’s dialogue. If for any reason you are unable to attend the dialogue forum, please inform us as soon as possible so that your seat can be offered to someone else who is interested.
- All guests attending celebration dinner must have their House of Lords-approved invite on arrival and photo ID ready for security inspection.
- For both events, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

- 上述列举的免费晚宴参加者必须参加全天的对话，如果因故不能参加对话论坛请尽早说明，便于将席位让给其他感兴趣者。
- 所有参加庆祝晚宴的嘉宾在到达时必须持有由上议院批准的邀请函，并准备好照片身份证以供安检。
- 上述这两个活动的免费名额按先到先得的原则分配。
