Professor Nora Colton 诺拉·科尔顿教授 is the Director of the UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) and Professor of Leadership and Management for Healthcare. She has a background in health and development economics with extensive experience in change management and strategic leadership for healthcare. Her current research focus is on senior teams in healthcare organisations, where her research examines the relationship between senior leaders and organisational performance.

She also supervises and teaches at the postgraduate level. She is a sought-after executive education trainer and event speaker with a focus on strategic leadership for healthcare. Before her current role, Professor Colton was the UCL Pro-Vice-Provost (Postgraduate Education) and Joint Director of Education at Moorfields Eye Hospital and UCL Institute of Ophthalmology. She has been a Professor of International Economics at Drew University, USA; Dean of Business and Deputy Vice Chancellor at University of East London (UEL), UK; and a visiting professor in the School of Public Administration at the e American University in Beirut (AUB), Lebanon. Professor Colton holds a doctorate from the University of Oxford, UK.
