Better institutions for disasters and crises: the response to a dangerous divergence was the topic of the online presentation by Sir Mark Lowcock, Visiting Professor, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); Former Head of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs

Effective multilateralism in a time of great power rivalry was delivered online by Mr Masood Ahmed, President at the Centre for Global Development, Washington DC

The importance of engagement and dialogue: behavioural changes for better shared global responses was also delivered online. The speaker was Dr Colin Bradford, Non-resident Senior Fellow Global Economy and Development, Brookings Institution, US; Global Fellow of the Berlin Global Solutions Summits and Lead Co-Chair of the China–West Dialogue

The last contribution to this panel was Good finance and good society: financial institutional reform, delivered online by Dr ZHENG Lu, Associate Professor of Sociology, “RONG” Professor of Data Sciences, Affiliated Professor in Schwarzman College in Tsinghua University, China
